Do I need a developer to install Waypoint?

During the proof period, customers get a standard version of Waypoint with our best-performing ProForms — fully implemented, supported, and ready to convert. Customization to your brand and business model happens after the 60 days, once we've validated that Waypoint is the right fit.
Are there setup or integration fees?
Yes. Custom setup, training, and integration services are available, and setup or integration fees may apply based on the number of locations and the scope of required integrations. All fees are transparent and quoted upfront before any work begins.
Do I pay per lead?
No. Customers own their leads outright. Pricing is a simple monthly fee per location — no per-lead charges, no surprise costs.
Can I cancel my Waypoint subscription?
Yes. The 60-Day Proof Period gives you a no-risk exit at the start. Subsequent terms are mutually negotiated — we work with customers, not against them.
